Brilliant Building’s cost management process works with the client to establish a budget that they will remain well maintained as they carry out the design, procurement and construction management processes. Our general Manager is a knowledgeable individual that ensures to estimate, control and monitor the costs from start to finish ensuring it not only stays within budget but also has high quality assurance. This grants our clients peace of mind to enjoy their building journey
PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Procore is a global construction management platform with four product lines that are designed to connect all stakeholders throughout the construction lifecycle. Procore manages your projects, resources, and financials from project planning to closeout. Because Procore is online, each of the different team members have access to real-time project information. This results in everyone being on the same page from the first meeting through project completion and provides open access at any time. (sourced directly from Procore website)
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Our Project Managers plan, organise, and manage all project resources to ensure that goals and objectives are met. This is accomplished through meticulous pre-project planning. Each new job site has a Project Plan, which covers pre-construction requirements such as scope, budget, construction schedules, project risks and containment methods, key performance indicators, and reporting procedures. Brilliant Building generates quantitative and qualitative reports on all of our projects using a variety of tools. Reports can be used to track project and contractor document management, as well as cost expenditure. Our diligent construction staff ensure that project specifications are met.
